Offers internation magazines for sale. I am not sure if the PC Gamer is the US or UK one. But I am sure there are sites which have the US one for UK people.

Edit:

If people are going to be paying through Paypal for people to send them issues. I recommend setting up an Ebay auction. As it will offer some security if anything were to go wrong. More safer than just sending payment / magazines. I do that when buying stuff off of forums.

Whats Australia got?, Umm any crappy mini we are lucky to find in a mag thats been imported at request. Often weeks later.

Oh well guess I should start asking newsagencies to order the PC gamer mag in
Yer people around our area/region are often neglected by Anet, even when they wont move us off NC Europes region (we aren't even close ffs) we NEVER get European promotions either even when we supposedly belong to that marketing region.

Well if you're buying PC Gamer:Guild Wars Edition (USA & Canada only) for 10 USD, you'll get the mini destroyer, 100% guarantee according to what Grey said.
Remember, it's a special GW edition not the normal one.

Or if you dicide to order PC Zone or PC Gamer from UK or EU sometime toward the end of this month or next month. you can enter the competition for the 1000 mini pets give away. Remeber it's a lottery, you might get a good mini or you might not get anything.

Do not get the US and EU mini mix up.

It's as if there's 2 families with equal resources. One family offers their children cake whenever they want to have it, the other offers theirs 2 loafs of old bread, which can only be won by a lottery. 'We' don't want any more shitty bread (which isn't even guaranteed), 'we' want the cake at will. ('We' being the non-Asian, non-US GW Community)
lol that made my day..but sadly its the stance they take..those 1000 are just a "Take this and shut up" deal...

There are in stores now I got my copy at lunchtime. I'm in Montreal Canada. It's a special PCGamer Guild Wars Edition not the regular monthly subscription.

It's a combination Collector's Edition art book, lots of Lore a mini GWEN walkthrough of the primary quest, Destroyer mini-pet with some GW Lore and GW2 info.

I got it for 12.99$ CDN

Well you replied to the question I was gonna ask, so thanks x]. I'm jumping on this as soon as I'm out of my class; I hope it's available at the subway stores >_>;; (although it's where I found the one with the Asura mini-pet).

So now that the European players are getting a shot at the "rare Asian miniature" set, when will the US get a chance?

The Destroyer is quite cool, but I would really like to add a Vizu to my collection, without having to trade somebody 100k+50e for one. It's depressing enough I'll have to do that just to acquire a Gwen at some point.

I bought it at Archambault near les Galeries d'Anjou. There were about 4-5 of them on the shelf.

I thought Gaile said it wouldn't be on the shelves until Sept. 25th. I'm in America and have been calling around but no one seems to have it in yet. Has anyone in America gotten it yet? And, if so, from where?

Fun Fact:

For those getting PCZone, you've got roughly a 1:27 chance of a Pet Card.
For those getting PC Gamer UK, you've got roughly a 1:43 chance of a Pet Card

(Reasoning - each magazine gets 1,000 cards, divide by circulation...)

For those who are unhappy about this offer, please keep in mind that marketing and sales are very region-specific. What is offered in one country may not even be legal to offer in another, and the teams involved in sales and marketing do their best to suit the needs of each region. In cases like the European miniature giveaway, they assess the markets and work with individual publications in each country to attempt to work out an arrangement that is mutually beneficial to the publication and the publisher. In the US, we (ArenaNet) and sometimes NCsoft work directly with US publications.

Believe me that no one says "Let's not offer the promotion in (this country)" or "We don't care about players in (that location)." We'd love the broadest coverage possible, while working with realistic business goals. In order for promotions to work well, they need to be carefully planned. From what I can see, areas of planning involve an assessment of the value of the promotion, considering such things as region, magazine subscription numbers, readership, publication dates, and so forth. (For example, an extreme example would be if we were offered the chance for a magazine spread in a country or region in which Guild Wars wasn't distributed. That would not be of much value to us, right?)

NCsoft and ArenaNet look forward to working with more publications in many other countries, I'm sure. But we cannot drive this alone; the magazines also are in a position to make the decision. We do the very best that we can, on all levels, but ultimately we cannot hand deliver you a miniature key, and we will not devalue the promotional aspects of the offer by just randomly giving every player everything that we offer. We are a business, after all, and I hope that you will trust us to do our level best always to conduct our business in as professional and exemplary a manner as possible.
So, looks like we'll all have to go out and find this thing...

Oh, yeah and http://www.guildwars.com/events/pres...imateguide.php has pic of cover!

Nice to see the US getting the better looking mini yet again. :/

I don't even bother to buy this. I have mini's which I like, and I do not like any of those bar the destroyer.
